René began her HR journey in the recruiting department of a large manufacturing company and steadily ascended through various HR roles, each time demonstrating her exceptional ability to blend strategic vision with operational excellence. She has worked in multiple industries including tech, manufacturing, hospitality, financial services, and distribution, and has supported both start-up and nonprofit organizations. She has spearheaded comprehensive talent management initiatives, implemented cutting-edge HR technologies, and led organizational transformations that resulted in enhanced employee satisfaction and retention.

At the heart of René’s approach is a deep belief in the power of people. She has a proven track record of developing and executing programs that not only address immediate business needs but also anticipate future trends, positioning organizations for long-term success. Outside of her professional life, René is passionate about guiding teens and young adults in learning the skills necessary to successfully navigate the working world and advocating for inclusive opportunities for all individuals.
